What does a system cost?

It depends on scope, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can commit to is the shape of it: the audit is free, the price is fixed and quoted in writing after the blueprint, and you approve it before anything gets built. Most owners weigh it against two things — what one senior hire costs in a year, and what their current stack costs per seat over three. The audit gives you both numbers.

How long before we're actually using it?

Audit in week one, blueprint in week two, build from week three. A first working version is usually in production around week five or six, and full rollout lands between weeks eight and ten. You use parts of the system well before the rest is finished.

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. Full source in your own repository from the first commit, with documentation. There is no license to renew, no per-seat fee, and no clause that makes leaving us expensive.

Why not Retool, Airtable or a no-code stack?

They're genuinely good for internal prototypes and small teams, and we'll tell you when that's the right answer. They hit a ceiling on workflows that don't fit the grid, on performance once the data grows, and on ownership — you're still renting, per person, forever.

Why not just hire a developer?

Accepted Answer

A good hire takes three months to find and two more to ramp, and then your system depends on one person staying. We ship in eight to ten weeks with a team, and you keep the code, the documentation and the ability to hire that developer later to run it.

What happens after launch?

We stay on. Bugs are ours to fix, at no cost. New features get scoped and quoted the same way the first build was. Plenty of clients bring us back twice a year; some never need to.

Does it work with the tools we're keeping?

Accepted Answer

Yes. QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Slack, your existing ERP — we connect what earns its place and replace what doesn't. Part of the audit is deciding which is which.

What if we don't move forward after the audit?

Accepted Answer

You keep the report: a written map of how your company actually operates and where it leaks time. No obligation, no invoice, and no follow-up sequence.
