Privacy

When you submit the audit form we receive the name, work email, company, team size and description you type into it. Nothing else in the form is hidden, and there are no pre-checked boxes.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. Both are cookieless and neither builds a profile of you across sites. We do not run advertising pixels or session recording.

Our host records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We use the IP address of a form submission only to rate-limit repeated automated posts.

To reply to you about the audit you requested, and to prepare for that conversation. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form.

Form submissions are delivered by our email provider and stored in our company inbox. Our website is hosted by Vercel. These vendors process the data on our instructions and nothing more.

KroykaTech is based in the United States and our vendors may process data in the United States and the European Union.

Correspondence about a possible engagement is kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so we can pick it back up if you return. Analytics data is retained by Vercel under their own retention schedule.

Email hello@kroykatech.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have these rights by statute. We apply them to everyone regardless.

If this page changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
